Deposit/Payment Policy: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks and cash.

Pet Policy: Sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets.

Smoking Policy: Villa Greenleaf is a smoke free property. Smoking is not allowed in any of the buildings, but is permitted in open air spaces where there is no structural building overhead. To protect our smoke free suites, Villa Greenleaf will post a $250 cleaning fee to the accounts of any guests who smoke in their non-smoking suites.

Miscellaneous: We accept children over the age of 16.

Cancellation Policy: If for some reason a reservation must be canceled, please understand that cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be charged in full if we are unable to re-rent the room.
